BEFORE PURCHASING A B/RB ENGINE FOR INSTALLATION IN YOUR '67-69 ORIGINAL BIG BLOCK A-BODY OR '65 C-BODY MAKE SURE IT HAS THE SPECIAL ENGINE MOUNTING BOSSES REQUIRED (See illustration). NOT ALL B/RB ENGINES HAVE THESE BOSSES.

Originally designed to accommodate the Big Block oil pump, these bosses are absolutely essential for mounting a B/RB engine into original Big Block A & C-Body cars for these years. Unfortunately, not even our most experienced Mopar experts and advisors have been able to give us a precise list of which engines, from which years, have the bosses. They can be found most reliably on newer style B/RB engines ('76 and up) because they were required to accommodate power steering in these Big Block vehicles. You may find that some engines have the bosses, but no holes — you'll have to drill them out yourself.

If you're the lucky owner of an original Big Block A-Body from 1967-69, or a 1965 C-Body, you know that the special driver's side insulator required by its biscuit-style mounting system has long been discontinued. In the past, that's meant that the simple, and all-too common, occurrence of a blown insulator could be all it takes to take your dream machine off the road, permanently. But not any longer. Kit includes powder-coated brackets, insulators, grade 8 bolts and instructions. Available with original rubber insulators or our polyurethane Poly-Loc insulators.

We've developed a new left hand bracket that is a near-perfect replica of the original, with one exception; it's been slightly reconfigured to accept a more common insulator. Installed, there is no visual difference between this new bracket and the original. Includes powder-coated left hand bracket, insulator, and grade 8 bolts.

Hi-Flow Tri-Y Under Chassis B/RB Headers

Dread the thought of struggling to shoe-horn one-size-fits-all racing headers into your high-performance street car, only to lose your power steering?

Well, now there's relief for the all-too-common B/RB exhaust system headaches.

Our new under-chassis, Tri-Y header system gives you high-flow header performance and a custom fit that means you don't have to sacrifice your power steering. Retain exhaust studs in the heads — no more breaking into a water jacket! Plus, unlike most headers, it doesn't capture the starter, and, because it's designed specifically for your application, it installs quickly and painlessly — even with the engine in place. Applicable to '67 and up A-Body B/RB (400-500 hp), '63 & up B-Body and E-Body, with manual or power steering and automatic transmission.

This is the starter we recommend for use with all of our big block and small block header applications. It's not the only starter that will work, but it's the one most commonly available new - from us or your Dodge dealer. In fact, it's the starter we use to test fit all of our headers.
