In most cases, orders are shipped the next business
day after receipt of your check, |

credit card order by mail, or COD of Credit Card
phone order. Weekend orders and UPS orders received
on Friday are shipped on Monday. On the rare event
of delay, we'll contact you promptly to let you
know when to expect shipment. |

GASKET
KITS ARE SHIPPED PRIORITY MAIL FOR ECONOMICAL 2-3 DAY DELIVERY
IN MOST CASES. Deliveries
to rural areas may take slightly longer. Cost is $5 for up
to 10 Wiper Seal |
| Kits, or up to 5 Firewall
Gasket Kits. Combination Wiper Seal and Gasket Kit orders
require only one shipping payment of $5 (up to 10 kits). |

| COD ORDERS. Orders
shipped COD require an additional $9.50 COD charge. All COD orders
must be paid with money order (we do not accept checks for COD).
There is no COD service to Canada or other international destinations. |

RETURN POLICY: Our
products are 100% guaranteed. If you receive an incorrect,
defective or unsatisfactory product we will gladly provide
a full refund or replacement upon receipt of the returned
item. We will also, in
most cases, provide refunds or exchanges for correct,
non-defective products at your request — if your
original purchase is returned unused
and undamaged. If you
request a product in exchange that is more expensive than
your original purchase, you will be charged the difference,
plus shipping costs. If the item requested in exchange
is less expensive than the original purchase, we will
refund the difference, minus shipping costs. Shipping
costs you incur in returning the products for exchange
or refund are your responsibility. Cash or credit refunds
on products bought from other parts distributors, retail
stores, automotive shops or friends are the responsibility
of that seller. We
request that you call us before returning any product
for exchange or refund. Please include invoice & phone
number with any returned items.

ENGINE
CONVERSION & MOUNT KITS ARE SHIPPED UPS.
Most orders are sent UPS Ground Track (generally 5-10 business |
| days for delivery - may
be less than 5 days for West Coast delivery) or UPS 3-Day
Select (guaranteed 3 business day delivery). Ground Track
deliveries to rural areas occasionally take longer. If your
order doesn't arrive in a timely manner, please contact us
for shipment tracking. Single Wiper Seal or Firewall Gasket
Kit orders may be included with your Engine Conversion or
Motor Mount Kit order for no additional shipping cost. In
determining your shipping choice, remember: UPS does not count
the day the shipment is picked up, or weekends. |
