'67-69 A-Body Original Big Block K-Member Without Correct Engine Mounting Bosses
If you're the lucky owner of an original Big Block A-Body from 1967-69 you know that the special driver's side insulator has long been discontinued. In the past, the all-too-common occurrence of a blown insulator could to take your dream machine off the road, permanently. But not any longer. Our left side bracket is redesigned to use a more common isolator and adapts the left side bracket if your engine is missing the original style mounting bosses. Kit includes powdercoated brackets, factory style rubber insulators, grade 8 hardware kit, and instructions. Drilling is required.
NOTE: BEFORE PURCHASING A BIG BLOCK ENGINE FOR INSTALLATION IN YOUR '67-69 ORIGINAL BIG BLOCK A-BODY MAKE SURE IT HAS THE SPECIAL ENGINE MOUNTING BOSSES REQUIRED (See photo). NOT ALL BIG BLOCK ENGINES HAVE THESE BOSSES.
