These are made from 3/16 steel, powdercoated, and fitted with our super durable polyurethane spool bushings. High quality and long lasting. Product is great. instruction don't give the size or position of radius. They should say before drilling, center punch hole position and using a vernier or dividers, scribe radius at area to be removed. I used the templated to get the distance from center of hole to the top of the radius the scribed it.
